Prices and Discounts
All prices are in Euros and are exclusive of costs for postage. Costs for packaging is included. Buying comic books via the internet is often a costly affair in view of the costs of P&P. In order to overcome this problem, I grant a nice discount on larger orders. This way I make buying comics more attractive for you! The following discounts are applicable:
Orders up to 30 Euros (comic books only) - no discount - orders below 5 euros are not acceptable. Orders above 30 Euros: 20 % discount. Standard 'extra' discount for all customers which pay immediately: 2.5 % (used books only). Money must be received in my bank account or through paypal within 7 days from date of order confirmation.
Condition of the comic books
Next to the price you will see a state indication 10/10, 9/10, 8/10 .... 1/10 as folows:
10/10 = mint
9/10 = almost mint, collectible, gift quality.
8/10 = very good condition, collectible, gift quality.
7/10 = good condition, with small defects
6/10 = rather good condition, but with defects.
5/10 = fair condition, with defects.
4/10 = good reading copy, with serious defects.
3/10 = reading copy, serious defects.
2/10 = a copy with very serious defects.
1/10 = incomplete, without collector's value.
Procedure of ordering and making payment
Only prepayment is acceptable if you wish to order from outside The EU, except if you are a regular customer, with an approved payment history, in which case you have or will be granted 'special' payment terms. In all other cases, the procedure of ordering and paying is as follows:
* You place your order by e-mail through klaasdevries@wanadoo.nl or by using the ordering form.
* I confirm the order with an estimated delivery time + exact total costs (inclusive of P & P)
* You make the payment. Payment is possible in 3 ways:
1) Payment via internet, with or without credit card (worldwide)
2) Cash by postage mail (worldwide)
3) through bank transfer (EU only)
* After receipt of payment in my account, I send the comic books.
I need to add that in some cases your local postal service will charge you with customs duty or other additional costs, which of course is outside my control. Please ask for more information at your nearest local postal services office.
ad 1) Payment by internet / credit card
This is the fastest type of payment for you, if you live outside the Netherlands. At present it is only possible for us through Paypal: http://www.paypal.com and it is without extra costs. You need a Paypal account to use this method of payment; just follow the instructions on the Paypal website to open your account and initiate this online payment method. I accept credit card payments through Paypal as well and without any additional charges for you! send your money to klaasdevries@wanadoo.nl
ad 2) Cash payment
Cash payment in Euro or various foreign currency is less secure, but (for some currencies) acceptable at the daily exchange rate. I do not accept the risk of non-receipt of currency by postage mail. Please contact me by e-mail, to discuss possibilities.
ad 3) Bank transfer
If you want to pay by bank transfer (EU only), you will not be charged by your bank, if you make use of my BIC and IBAN code. The full details are listed on the bottom of this page.

Costs for postage will be charged at standard rates. Please apply for current information.

Belgium, Germany, France: 4 - 6; U.K., Scandinavia, Switzerland, Austria: 5 - 7; Southern & Eastern Europe: 10 - 12, USA, Canada: 8 - 12; Australia: 10 - 12, South Africa: 12 - 15, etc.
